1. Return/exchange must be applied within 7days upon receiving the goods. Any disputes after this period will not be processed.
2. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged. The package of the merchandise must not be opened or turned.
3. If customer refuses to comply with our return/exchange policies, which leads to failure to collect goods from customer, then customer gives up the right to return/exchange with us and we would not process the request.
4. We reserves the right to return/refund.
5. Customer is liable for all costs raised from the return/exchange of goods.
6. All parallel import goods are not eligible for return/exchange.
7. All products with sealed labels are not eligible for return/exchange.
8. All return/exchange goods need to betaken to our shop. If customer is not able to come in person, customer could pay the shipping fee for the goods.
9. If the goods are delivered to customer for free and customer wishes to return/exchange the goods, customer needs to pay the shippping fee($20-$150) for return/exchange.
10. For credit card purchase, there is 5%charge for return/exchange of goods.
11. Unreasonable return/exchange is not accepted.
